The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland

This is a unique opportunity to gain new experience, expand your knowledge and skills in multinational environment.
We are interested both in experienced professionals as well as fresh graduates. The level of the position will be adjusted individually basing on candidates’ professional experience.
Due to acquisition of new processes you will take part in process migration to our Operational Centre in Warsaw. Part of the team will have opportunity to participating in 4-6 months project assignment abroad.
- Managing accounting operations for Private Equity and Real Estate Funds
- Daily transactions booking
Reconciliations of accounting records versus custody positions
Preparation of accounting reports
Preparation of statutory accounts and their evaluation
- Investigating discrepancies
Proposing procedure and controls enhancements
Liaising with internal business partners from various locations
Timely completion of management information
University degree (preferred: Finance and Accounting, Economics or similar
Experience in Accounting (experience in Corporate Accounting will be an asset)
Very good working knowledge of English
High level of accuracy and analytical skills
Advanced command of MS Office (very good knowledge of Excel would be an asset)
Excellent communication skills& ability to work effectively as a team player
- High attention to quality
Eagerness to learn and develop personal skills
Knowledge of Investment Fund Industry and Securities Markets
Good knowledge of Private Capital specificities would be an advantage
