Private Capital Fund Operations (Junior) Specialist
Private Capital is part of Alternatives Department of BNP Paribas Securities Services providing service to unique clients. Private Capital industry is going mainstream worldwide and as part of development of this service in Warsaw BNP is building Private Capital Hub to service our global clients. Due to acquisition of new processes there is a possibility to take part in process migration to our Operational Centre in Warsaw. Part of the team will have opportunity to participate in 3-6 months project assignment abroad (in Jersey or Luxembourg).
- To assist in preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual Financial Statements with supporting documentation
To assist in preparation of monthly valuations, reconciliations of fund drawdowns, distributions, accrual, expenses etc.
- To input double entry bookkeeping to the accounting system
- To assist in the cash reconciliation and management fort he Funds
- To liaise with various external and internal parties (e.g. other BNP offices, auditors etc.)
- To provide input in relation to the review and monitoring of existing business process, procedures and checklists to maximise efficiency and productivity in the Private Capital Team.
We are interested both in experienced professionals as well as fresh graduates. The level of the position will be adjusted individually basing on candidates’ professional experience.
Fluent English is required as you will be working directly with the location
Knowledge of accounting principles and rules is essential, experience in corporate accounting will be considered an asset
Good Knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate fund specificities will be considered as an advantage
