  • Reporting to Heads of Pricing AO/AM, FI&C, AI (AI TBC)
  • Manage a team of pricing analysts in charge of producing the P&L impacts analysis of all BP2S EMEA deals (except mono location, mono product deals)
  • Report regularly the aggregated P&L impact to all relevant layers of the BP2S EMEA organization
  • Assist the elabortion  a/o update of Pricing benchmarks and Catalogs
  • Ensure the analysis are 3P compliant and produced with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist with ad hoc initiatives as agreed with line manage


    • Contribute to the definition of the new EMEA transversal Pricing team roles and responsibilities on behalf of all the Client Lines. Regularly review and optimise the Pricing team resources

    • Ensure all the 3Ps requested by all the EMEA locations, for all type of deals, are produced by respecting the SLDs signed with the locations and by respecting the corresponding Finance Guidelines

    • When required lead/manage all/part of pricing process for individual clients/prospects as agreed with line managers which may include building the 3P, proposing prices, managing the process to secure 3P authorisation, building a presentation to explain the price proposal to clients/prospects, building/updating the fee schedule and securing agreement from client development/pricing analysists/product as required an agreed with line manager

    • Ensure the pricing analysts are properly trained on all type of deals and products and they solicit the appropriate experts from Client Lines and Client Delivery (incl IT)

    • Ensure the pricing offers are (where possible) respecting the billing teams recommendations and capabilities


    • Design and maintain a meaningful dashboard aggregating all the relevant information to be considered by the Client Lines on the deals managed by his/her team and their impact on the Client Line’s P&L

    • Support if necessary a relevant tracking of deals P&L impacts per location, and product

    • Participate to the elaboration a/o update of pricing benchmarks and catalogs

    • In close coordination with the Client Lines Heads of Pricing make proposals and recommendations to improve all Client Lines P&L management (at deals levels) and reporting

    • Participate to the Client Lines, Locations and products inputs into the annual budget cycle when relevant


    • Manage the Performance monitoring for the Client Lines AM and AO assisted by a dedicated performance analyst

    • Ensure the corresponding Dashboards and P&L analysis aiming at better understanding and tracking the key performance drivers of AM & AO Client Lines are properly delivered
