Overview

 

We are currently looking for a Mis-Selling Administrator for 3-6 months fixed term contract who is responsible for dealing with mis-selling information requests either by agents, customers or Third parties.  These can come into the department via spreadsheets or telephone. 

 

This role also provides assistance to the Customer Contact Centre and FTS with overflow calls as and when required. 

 

Key Duties

 
  • Answering and handling phone calls in an enthusiastic, courteous and efficient manner
  • Collating information off our core systems and transferring the information onto spreadsheets
  • Dealing with various reports mainly cancellations.
  • Uploading and Downloading files on the Move IT DMZ server.
  • Responding to changing priorities and ensuring tasks are completed quickly and efficiently
  • Maintaining an acceptable level of attendance, punctuality and general time-keeping.
  • Support Policy Services as and when required
  • Work through exceptions for all automated spreadsheets
  • PPI Manual work requests including searching for details, sending letters and ensuring all packs are completed accurately
 

Key Requirements

 
  • Proficient customer service experience

  • Sound telephone experience

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • The ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written

  • The ability to work under pressure

  • Good attention to detail

  • Self motivated

  • PC literate
