About Business line/Function :

Business Management – work closely with CIO Office, Paris, to ensure that the budget numbers are discussed and communicated, maintained in the ISPL budget tool and followed up with timely Hiring requests; ensure the HC and cost are under the budgeted and approved values; provide periodic (mostly monthly) updates on all types of governance metrics and high level project updates to all stakeholders; work on initiatives of ISPL such as internship which has a life cycle of almost an year; all other types of data collection, collation and distribution from BP2S teams with all external entities;

Position Purpose

The quantum of activities in Business Management have increased and requires a Manager who can take up few of the tasks and run with them independently with the guidance of Head of Business Management and HOD, BP2S.


Direct Responsibilities

Represent BP2S in all ISPL initiatives during meetings, presentations and co-ordinate with BP2S teams to collect data with high quality and consolidate and present them in a timely manner.

Contributing Responsibilities

Contribute to improvement and enhancement of CIO dashboard presentation; come up with simplified data collection mechanisms and provide tactical data to HOD for making decisions periodically on cost, head count and data like covid / WFH related as required from time to time.
