Position Purpose

This position requires to involve in budgeting activities, MIS reporting, IT Project , BCM activities, Governance, preparing necessary packs for Global Steerco meetings and also involves admin activities

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Active involvement in Budgeting/Finance tracking

·       Create weekly, monthly and yearly budget reports for sponsors / senior management

·       Maintaining financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all project expenditure

·       Liaise with finance for tracking and reconciliation of invoices for reporting to stake holders

·       Creation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Status reports/ dashboards for Multiple Regions/Applications

·       Coordination and communication with the projects teams and management

·       Prepare & Maintain processes & procedures ( SOP ) for Core Banking Team

·       New Joiners Initial Setup Management

·       Responsible for tracking performance of team as well as performance against  SLA’s of each site.

·       Preparing Operational committee pack and monthly performance pack

·       Liaising with Vendor management team for contractor/HR on resource management

·       Creating, updating and maintaining department inventory / software licenses

·       Maintenance of BIA / BC Plans, Call Tree List, Call Tree Test Reports

·       Articulate and Summarize the Minutes of various meetings in a clear and concise manner

·       Manage seat locations / Assets and admin support activities

·       Ad hoc Reports creation using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other office tools

·       Admin activities
