Personal Assistant Head of Group HR Germany (m/f/d)

 

Grow through professional challenges:

  • Providing efficient and effective general office support     

  • Maintenance of the team diary, including scheduling and prioritising appointments and visits, ensuring a balance of activities and time      

  • Organization of external / internal key persons visits

  • Administration/Organization (addresses, contacts, appointments, filing/ calendar)  and also administration Holiday/ Absence for the team and colleagues

  • Arrange appointments/meetings with stakeholders and organize telephone conferences

  • Organisation of internal events on site and off site (venue finding, price negotiation with suppliers…)

  • Support for new team members (Organisation of workstation/ technical equipment) 

  • Processing travel costs for Group HR Management Team and also Administration, checking and processing of invoices

  • Ensure smooth communication with external and internal partners in English and German

  • Translation of short documents or verification of translations done externally for more extensive documents

  • Preparing powerpoint presentations and Redaction of meeting minutes

 

Impress with your skills:

  • Personal Assistant administrative competencies (e.g. time management, organizational and communication skills)

  • Good interpersonal skills and contact behaviour at all levels
  • Capacity to work in an independent way/manner
  • Ability to react fast to changing situations
  • Result oriented
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Power Point
  • Business fluent in German and English, French beneficial
