Challenges that let you grow:

  • Assistance to the Head of Tax and the CFO in their duties, taking care of the framework and providing time and space for contents
  • Being open & welcoming towards colleagues, representing the core values of the company at all levels
  • Planning external and internal meetings (i.e. scheduling, sending invites, booking rooms/restaurants, etc.)
  • Travel management (i.e. Booking flights/trains/drivers, etc. and preparing receipts and invoices)
  • Support in several backoffice tasks such as keeping an eye on deadlines, assisting in the preparation of presentations, providing necessary information to colleagues, etc.
  • Assistance in internal communication on behalf of the Head of Tax and The CFO (redaction, follow up of communication)
  • Handling of (physical) mail process, which includes picking-up mail, scanning and distributing to addresses within the tax department.
  • Assistance in setting up of Finance Townhall, Finance Committee Germany (6 per years)

Skills that convince:

  • University degree
  • Previous experience as personal assistant is of advantage
  • Resilient and confident in ones own abilities
  • Organizational skills with the ability plan proactive, to handle unexpected changing elements and to organize activities for multiple people and teams simultaneously
  • Communication Skills to foster productive dialogue and being discrete with topics that are entrusted to him/her
  • Ability to inspire others and generate people´s commitment
  • Team player, sharing information and knowledge proactively with others
  • Active role in and support of the local adaption of change management programs
  • Fluent in Germany and English (oral & written), French is of advantage
