ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan all performance reporting required as per SLAs
Ensure the timely and accurate submission of data by data owners
Produce the performance reporting defined by each SLAs
Improve and automatize performance reporting production
Analyze trend on the different performance indicators
Present reporting to BP2S Operations Management and key stakeholders
Produce global dashboard for Portugal Top Management
Support and Control that all SLA governance planning are in place as per SLA definition
Good written and oral communication skills
Good listening and questioning ability
Good analytical skills, to understand quickly the meaning of each performance indicators
Excellent knowledge of Excel functionalities and Excellent knowledge of power point functionalities
Good knowledge of Financials markets and Financial products
Work effectively with team members to achieve objectives and common goals
Strive to improve services and processes
Ability to identify the real needs of the customer
