Support activities related to control for local accounting related to
capital markets activities, centralize corporative reporting related to budget,
revenues and expenses and ratios related to profitability, perform
reconciliations related to the global tools supporting head office reporting.
Provide to CFO the KPI, KRI and KCI of all sub departments of finance& tax.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform controls on the
accounting production of financial instruments, ensuring the quality of the
entity's information and computer databases, statutory and corporate accounting
reports, in accordance with the accounting and financial policies applicable to
the entity, allowing the generation of accurate and timely reports according to
the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
2. Provide periodic reports to
internal stakeholders on the traceability of CIB's businesses in Colombia, in
particular: balance sheet position, Net Banking Product, Budget execution of
expenses by cost centers, opportunity cost of capital, operational efficiency
ratios and all the information and measurement of the entity's performance, its
business lines and costs of support processes (Management Accounting).
Analyze the information to be reported to internal stakeholders (CFO,
Regional Hub and Headquarters) and maintain the traceability of the indicators,
contributing the explanations that support the main variations of the profitability
and cost indicators of the entity.
Main responsible for the corporate reporting function of the entity
Maintain updated the manuals of procedures of reports to the
Headquarters and Regional Hub and all those related to the accounting production
and reporting of the entity, for Corporate purposes, following in them the
process documentation policies of BNP Paribas.
Education: CPA, or Business Administrator or financial engineer.
Specialized Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budget,
planning, balance scorecard, dashboards and knowledge in capital markets and
Skills: strong knowledge of Excel, great communication and capacity to
work under pressure, teamwork, focus in control, proactive and great
adaptability to change.
Abilities: Proactive, mathematical skills, focus to details, focus to
Professional Certifications: Has worked in financial institutions in
Finance area, reporting or controller area.
Experience 2-4 years of experience.
