The Paris Account Desk team works in direct collaboration with Paris Client Services & Onboarding teams (RM/Sales, Client Services Managers and Project Managers). It specializes as the main contact for all clients booked in France (Corporates, Institutional Investors, Financial Intermediaries) in all processes related to the Life Cycle management of  Client’s Accounts (opening, modification and closures).


    The Paris Account Desk Officer will be part of the Institutional Investors team based in Lisbon which is dedicated to our major corporate clients that are booked in the Paris location. The main services provided to this client category are: Global/Local Custody; Global/Local Clearing & Settlement activities while they may also include Collateral Management, Cash Management, etc.

    Position reports locally to the Paris Account Desk Team Leader.  

    -  Explains and collects the necessary documentation to comply with BP2S account opening policy (Account Opening Form / Cash Account Agreement / USD Compliance Form / Power of Attorney / Authorized Signatories Lists...) during the onboarding stage

    - Manages Clients requests with the different Service Partners (e.g. Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers, Network Teams, Client Admin France, Account Referential, Operations Account Managers,...). In this framework, the Account Desk Officer can have a project management role within his scope of responsibility.

    - Explains to clients how their accounts are operating, ensuring that the services delivered are aligned with the Service Level Agreements (SLA). In this framework, the Account Desk Officer can participate in Client follow-up meetings (transversal or dedicated to specific topics (ex: Tax, Settlement, Custody…)

    - Creates a strong understanding of the clients’ needs throughout operations and across the business according to BP2S quality requirements.



    Previous work experience (at least 1 year) in Global/Local Custody, Settlement or Cash environment, preferably in a client facing role;
    Knowledge of Client onboarding processes & Client Account opening requirements in local markets will be considered as a plus

     Proficient English and French are mandatory
