Position Purpose

The role is mainly responsible for:

(1)    Providing outsourcing activity assessment and advices; 
(2)    Managing assigned outsourcing activity/arrangement from end to end with related stakeholders; 
(3)    Ensuring the Outsourcing Policy and Governance are properly followed while Local/Group requirements from a compliance, security, business continuity, finance and tax standpoint are addressed with appropriate documentation in place as well as; 
(4)    Maintaining the Outsourcing Policy and updating the set of standard outsourcing documents when needed.

Direct Responsibilities

1.    Outsourcing activity assessment and management

    Performs outsourcing assessment on activities according to Outsourcing Policy. 
    Advices on outsourcing structure and corresponding SLA/invoicing arrangements. 
    Collaborates with different stakeholders, Regional Outsourcing Management Committee, and Local Outsourcing Management Committees in the 12 APAC countries where CIB entities are located and Project Managers to implement outsourcing arrangements involving APAC CIB entities. 
    Facilitates Project Managers and relevant stakeholders to prepare and complete the set of standard outsourcing documents and 360 registering in accordance to the Outsourcing Policy and Term of Reference (TOR).
    Ensures outsourcing reviews are performed and completed in a timely manner while assures the Outsourcing Policy and Governance are fully respected.   
    Tracks, monitors and updates / escalate (when needed) to relevant stakeholders on the progress of outsourcing reviews. 

2.    SLA management

    Ensures appropriate and the most up-to-date agreement template(s) are used and the standards agreed with legal are respected.

3.    Outsourcing TOM or standard documents alignment

    Participates in reviewing TOM, maintaining and updating the related regional Outsourcing Policy.
    Designs, maintains and updates the set of standard outsourcing documents in accordance to outsourcing policies, guidelines, procedures and any new requirements that originates from change of Group Policy, CIB strategy or regulatory requirements.
    Proposes and implements value-adds that aim at optimizing and enhancing the comprehensiveness of the regional Outsourcing Governance.

4.    Support of project planning, coordination and deployment

    Supports all projects assigned by line manager including the planning, coordination and deployment from Outsourcing Governance perspective.

Contributing Responsibilities

    Supports preparation of Regional ICC on insourcing/outsourcing activities involving APAC CIB entities;
    Contributes to BNPP operational permanent control framework;
    Respects Group’s code of conduct, policies and procedures.

Technical and Behavioral Competencies required  

1.    Technical Competencies required 
    Project management experience is a must; 
    Knowledge of banking activities including business activities / processes and client service is a plus;
    Excellent spoken and written English.

2.    Behavioural Competencies required
    Well-structured and good organizational skills;
    Detail oriented and analytical;
    Strong sense of responsibility;
    Good communication facilitator;
    Self-motivated person displaying high level of initiative.
