ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identification and assessment of risks
  • Coordination of the identification / identification of the key processes and key units for analyzing the risk (UAR) - RCartography
  • Coordination and even performance of risk identification and assessment works (meeting of experts, normalization, obtaining of the management's validation)
  • Collection of historical incidents
  • Extension of the normative framework into operational instructions (definition of local collection thresholds, organization of the collection...)
  • Support the ORPC function in the Identification and record of incidents (ORPC backup)
  • Check the quality of the incidents (Forecast anda PCM) inputted by the ORPC
  • Contribution to the definition of action plans and follow-up
  • Organization & Procedures
  • Operational implementation of the principles for the segregation of functions, particularly relative to IT access rights
  • Operational extension of the management process for the procedures
    Definition of the needs in terms of procedures, notably in consistency with the general framework
  • Coordination and even performance of the formalization works, validation, distribution and training relative to procedures Verifications
  • Extension of the generic control plans in support of the risk mapping
  • Executation, Coordination, and follow-up of the controls
  • Analysis of the results of the controls
  • Contribution to the definition of action plans and follow-up
  • Recommendations and permanent control actions
  • Operational organization of the framework for the follow-up of the recommendations and permanent control actions
  • Follow-up with the people in charge of implementation
  • Management of the local reports and escalation
  • Reports
  • Definition of the local reports
  • Preparation of the consolidated and/or local reports, for the local level
  • Obtaining of the local management's validation of the consolidated reports
    Management of the Plan Control Report anda Narrative to HO
  • Governance bodies
  • Preparation/Support Risk Committes

PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Economy
  • Two to four experience of proven relevant experience
  • Fluent in English (C1 and above), intermediate French is desirable
  • At ease with Risk management tools and Office Pack
