Nordic Referential Officer in one of the largest International banks

We are currently looking for a Referential Officer supporting our Cash Management Technical Office (CMTO) team with documentation’s collection project.

As a Referential Officer, your mission will be to collect personal data and documents related to Cash Management agreements of BNP Paribas Clients. You will be given with clear guidelines and requirements to follow. You will be working closely with BNP Paribas customers and BNP Paribas CMTO teams which are based in other countries across the globe.

This role will be created for 9 months period.

The main tasks in this role will cover:

  • Contacting BNP Paribas clients and requesting relevant documents to be provided;
  • Contacting CMTO team in the country managing BNP Paribas clients’ agreement and requesting relevant documents to be provided
  • Checking validity of received documentation in accordance to Norwegian law
  • Electronic archiving of the BNP Paribas clients’ documents by saving it in respective folders
  • Updating the documentation’s tracker
  • Regular reporting to Nordic Head of Payments and Cash Management Servicing of the project status and progress
  • Preparation of account opening confirmations, audit certificates and other documents as requested by the clients;

To be successful in this role, you have at least a good knowledge of MS Office, esp. MS Word and Excel. We believe that you are a natural problem solver, with critical thinking, result oriented and quality focused with ability to adapt in rapidly changing priorities. You are also a committed, reliable and independent person. You have an analytical ability with attention to details and work well under pressure. You possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English (Scandinavian language is considered an advantage).
