Role Description and Purpose:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the Americas Marketing team in either Boston or New York. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for Marketing and Investments, who is looking to grow within a global organization. The Regional Marketing Manager is part of BNP Paribas Asset Management’s Americas Marketing team. This team handles above-the-line and below-the-line marketing across all channels and is responsible for content creation, campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, events, sponsorships and roadshows. As part of the Americas Marketing team, this role is expected to execute high impact regional marketing projects to reinforce BNPP AM as a leading sustainable asset manager and drive business growth. The individual will develop and implement integrated marketing programs for the Wholesale and Institutional in North America and the Official Institutions channel globally. This role requires a candidate who has the ability to partner with the Sales teams to spur commercial flows and demand for our firm’s investment offerings. This includes collaborating with various functions globally to amplify our marketing impact by educating and engaging prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high impact regional marketing campaigns to reinforce BNPP AM as the leading sustainable asset manager
  • Craft story angles and produce content in innovative formats to our target audiences
  • Responsible for content creation, including fact sheets and strategy overviews
  • Organize events and webcasts – liaise with speakers to deliver content for sponsorship activities
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing activities and deploy solutions to enhance their effectiveness in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide support on social media efforts including LinkedIn and Search engine marketing
  • Distribute mailings in email marketing campaign system
  • Partner with the digital marketing team to manage websites
  • Format presentations and commentaries when needed
  • Utilize virtual event tools – such as BrightTalk, Stoneshot, Spotme, Welcome, etc.
  • Work closely with US and global compliance teams
  • Assist with market research
  • Work on special marketing related projects as required

Role Requirements: Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 - 5 years working in marketing roles in financial services
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and investment products
  • Considerable understanding of social media
  • Strong computer skills, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline coupled with excellent academic credentials
