Marketing Delivery Manager

About the role
In this role you will own the overarching marketing activity calendar to use with senior stakeholders and so set the creative standards so that we continue to deliver ‘best in class’ marketing executions and activations across the full marketing mix, including campaigns, advertising, collateral and events.
Through your team, you will ensure appropriate marketing automation and investigate and implement new and innovative ways to deliver marketing activity that creates cut-through and engagement whilst supporting the business in achieving its commercial and customer objectives through ‘excellent execution’ of multi-channel marketing plans and activity.

To be successful in this job you will already have been truly successful in a like for like marketing or campaign management role and therefore have experienced what’s described above. A naturally strong and confident communicator, you will be at ease dealing with senior colleagues and have experience of working in a diverse company with international colleagues and so understand the challenges this can provide. We will want you to explain how you have previously articulated and gained by-in.
It is also important that you can demonstrate a proven track record of putting customer insight at the heart of past work and how you have taken ownership for the results and have set measures for success. And how you have been commercially focused and results driven. Some people management experience is also advantageous.
A background in leasing, automotive or financial services would be advantageous but strong candidates from other industry sectors might also be considered.
