Lean Team follows up transformed teams in post-transformation period to support and oversee their

Completion of tactical implementation plans identified and KPIs to monitor their performance to meet the target productivity gain. Lean Team also provides Continuous Improvement services to transformed teams:

▪ Create and deliver visible and long-lasting impact

▪ Learn new skills through an intensive practical training process

▪ Support managers and their teams in their improvement approach

▪ Reinforce understanding of fundamental Lean concepts

Position Purpose

Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team’s goal.


Direct Responsibilities


▪ Execute an organizational / operational improvement on a specific dimension, e.g: Voice of the

Customer, Process Efficiency, Performance Management, Mindsets and behaviors, organization and skills

▪ Run problem solving sessions on specific dimension of expertise

▪ Coach line managers on area of expertise during diagnose and design phases, also to coach on daily management skills during implementation

▪ Support the operational teams in future design and implementation of improvements identified

▪ Be owner of transformation on a specific/multiple dimension(s)

▪ Own impact on a specific dimension(s)

▪ Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework

▪ Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan

▪ Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

▪ Contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System

▪ Minimizing operational failure, including but not exclusively the risk of fraud, by helping to devise, and by implementing, sufficient regular controls

▪ Ensuring appropriate escalation to management and/or Permanent Control (or Compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified
