Position Purpose

The main responsibility of this role will be to completely manage, plan and execute/deliver the Functional learning and capability development to the new hires and existing staffs across GSO and BP2S (if the scope includes).

Be a single point of contact for any of the Business line and to manage their training needs and requirements.

Develop functional (product/process) modules as required.  Create and Update Process Documents, Training Material, Databases & Trackers.


Direct Responsibilities

·        Regular meeting with Operations managers and identify the training needs

·        Preparation of training calendar by contributing to the identified training needs

·        Conduct functional/technical training of the process to the new joinees

·        Conduct refresher trainings/workshops to the existing employees

·        Training content creation on need base


Contributing Responsibilities

·        Managing on queries on modules

·        Preparing presentations for FTA

·        Preparation of training catalogue

·        Handle FTA projects

2.      A candidate who has prior experience in creating training content and delivery is highly preferred

3.      The candidate is required to have strong assertive and influencing skills to have a positive impact on all areas of the organization from Functional Training Academy perspective
