Position Purpose

BCM team plays a pivotal role between Business Analyst/IT and Operations/Clients. The change manager will be owning the change for the DA –Applications and will need to ensure the changes are delivered in the production in accordance with the required specification.


Direct Responsibilities

  • Collect Business investment ideas and requests for initiatives
  • Conduct preliminary studies to define requirements
  • Formalize the initialization note as a Business Needs document
  • Review and validate Business Requirement Document(BRD) including Test Plan provided by IT
  • Ascertain that the solution proposed by IT is functionally coherent with the request
  • Check and validate the IT testing strategy
  • Define the objective of End User tests and their organization
  • Perform the End User tests, according to the relevant schedule, and report the necessary corrections to any defects in coordination with IT
  • Coordinate and ensure transversal communication with all concerned parties
  • On-board new clients according to the migration plan
  • Analyse existing client needs and provide solutions
  • Propose enhancements in line with market evolution or regulatory constraints
  • Manage non IT change projects
  • Organize business deployment and assist operational teams during post go-live.

Educational Qualification    : Graduates / Post Graduates  (B.Com/MBA Finance preferred)
