Position Purpose

With a vision for enriched transformation, efficiency and harmonized value chain, there needs to be complete reinvention of the wheel with high end analysis, identifying problem statements for current workflows and implementing sustainable solutions. The position is thereby critical from a business stand point for uplifting overall service delivery.


Direct Responsibilities

  • Work with Global Change Management team to establish data connections for Booking team
  • Establish permanent or temporary solutions to connect feeds to accounting systems.
  • Work with Global Team to define, document and rollout target operating models.
  • Collaborate with operations to successfully intake pain points, analyse, find solutions with proactive focus on risk and assist in implementation
  • Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems and participate in testing.
  • Run workshops and training sessions.
  • Track all solutions and its efficiencies and report.
  • Create monthly packs in regards to STP  / KPI
  • Organize meets and calls for all regular PCC and status updates (good data representation) with key parties of the project
  • Documenting all the applied solutions and ensuring it finds it path to operation procedures
  • Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and goal is to automate various external data sources across locations (brokers / clearers / flow from systems with BNP group)

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Assist Ops with routing the problem statement to correct parties which could reap solutions in least turn around time.
  • Be part of all satellite projects and assist with knowledge sharing and productive discussions.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Excellent communication, coordination and follow up skills with stakeholders
  • Good process knowledge in trade life cycle, booking and its impact on NAV
  • Advanced Excel with good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Swifts and BIC codes.
  • Interpersonal and Risk awareness skills
  • Ability to formulate Business requirements, present, report and track solutions.
  • Ability to persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
  • Good organizing and planning capabilities
  • Working knowledge of Multifonds booking screens. (added advantage if exposure to Middle office tools and Aladdin)
  • Working knowledge on feed integration, file sharing, broker connectivity, broken STP remediation

Specific Qualifications (if required)

  • Graduate / MBA
  • Knowledge with IT side would be an added advantage specifically on SQL, data science and .Net
  • Advanced Excel with good analytical skills
