Manager - Financial analysis Regulatory reporting (ENGLISH AND FRENCH SPEAKER)

Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders ensuring the production of Financial statements (French GAAP) as well the monthly reporting  to the  local regulator authority (French National Bank, ACPR “Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Resolution”)

Define and roll-out actions plans to solve data quality issues

Answer to ad hoc reporting requested by the regulator or the group management and take into account normative evolutions

Participate into new projects inquiries (regulatory and other)

Provide feedback and potential escalation to the Oxygen Head and/or to stakeholders based in Paris.

• He/she will collaborate with the Manager in the process of managing the staff and supervision of a team Responsible of  the local regulatory reporting assigned across all Metropole/Group entities

• Ensuring financial statements are correctly produced as well the monthly and annual reporting to the local regulators
• Implementing measures to standardise and strengthen interactions
• Coordinating with all involved stakeholders
• Ensuring data quality and active participation to the data quality action plan
• Contributing to the monitoring of methodological and anticipation of  regulatory and follow up of impacts
• Ensuring the optimisation of resources assigned and their back ups
• He/she will fully respond to below control topics
• Respecting the internal deadlines (Reporting Calendar) and external deadlines (Official closings)
• Controlling reports produced by the team members
• Checking and analyzing KPIs and data used for closing production
• Ensuring the correct implementation of central guidelines
• Showing proactivity by updating and following all the topics recovered in the Action Plan and share Best Practices

Training and occupational experience

• Business school, University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering Degree
• 5 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms.
• Working knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, both in IFRS and French GAAP
• Experience of working in international environment appreciated
