DEC (Derivatives execution and Clearing) is part of PS&F (Prime solution and Financing, one of the Global Market business line) aiming to provide a combined offer (execution and clearing on derivatives – financial and commodities) to Customer. BNP Paribas Portugal solutions / GM et Client Management operations/ Derivatives operations include Futures trade capture, position management, financial flows, collateral management, OTC clearing and Brokerage management for house and third party customers.

The candidate will manage an important clearing business expanding in the Futures products with a local growing team and strong exchanges with our US, European and Asian hubs.

The candidate will play an integral role in the ongoing management and growth of the Derivatives business line. Mainly dedicated to operational area, in his/her role, he/she  will also serve as a strategic contact and support role for internal and external clients, regulators and auditors, (potentially exchanges and clearing houses) along with third party vendors.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The main objective of the Team leader is to deliver a high quality services without incident and with the high sense of client focus. To do so, The Team leader must focus his/her resource management on first training, then delegation and finally control.

PROFILE

·         Master Degree

·         More than 3 years’ experience in the listed derivatives industry

·         Strong communication skills and client focus oriented

·         Understanding of Futures & Options markets

·         Knowledge Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

·         Knowledge of UBIX (back office tool from FIS)

·         Fluent in English
