- Act as a center for expertise for L&D at local level
- Develop a local L&D strategy to address training needs and requirements
- Identify opportunities to enhance skills, knowledge and abilities, and propose relevant learning solutions
- Advise local HR on guidelines, procedures and methodologies related to L&D
- Increase the maturity of the L&D function
- Acts as a key contributor to the regional L&D Strategy and implementation along with the regional team
What will your day at BNP Paribas look like? You will:
Contribute on the Learning & Development STRATEGY:
- Develop a comprehensive training and development strategy, segmenting target populations and programs and ensuring consistency with the Group and APAC’s agenda
- Align Local L&D Plan with that of APAC
- Communicate on the L&D strategy and priorities with key stakeholders including senior management to ensure internal buy in of new initiatives (Local and APAC), understand business learning objectives and overall requirements reviewing needs analysis and feedback assessments
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT:
- Design, coordinate and implement a broad range of customized local trainings
- Identify third-party vendors / consultants to deliver trainings in liaison with both APAC and Group L&D teams for optimal sourcing
- Liaise with APAC L&D to develop a training catalogue at country level
- Identify opportunities for improvement in training curriculum based on needs analysis and feedback assessments
L&D COMMUNICATION:
- Promote and disseminate L&D initiatives to staff and key internal stakeholders, leveraging on all communication tools available locally, regionally and globally to push the offer
- Communicate new / available local trainings to Business Partners
- Information sharing within APAC L&D and other teams in the HR function
Contribute to the APAC CAMPUS & HR PROJECTS:
- Lead specific APAC L&D projects to be implemented across the region
- Contribute to various APAC L&D / Campus projects
- Contribute and facilitate APAC and Local HR projects
- Negotiate resources required to conduct training sessions and hire external providers
- Manage local training budget along with Regional Teams
- Analyse assessments and communicate to LBPs, Country HR and Regional L&D
- Produce periodic L&D reports outlining learning needs accompanied by recommendations and implications, such as changes in operations, budget, or quality
- Produce ad hoc L&D reports upon request by Inspection Generale / Internal Audit or local regulators
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/BEHAVIORS:
