Junior IT Specialist
The mission of End User Support IT Team is to provide high-level technical support to all employees of the Bank and to ensure that all IT systems, hardware and telecom devices are working properly.
Provide first level IT support, working on Helpdesk Hotline and Service Now system
Support all operational activity in IT
Install software on bank’s PCs
Manage email system, user accounts and accesses
Support workstations hardware, printers, mobile phones and other equipment, care about service
Manage IT Fixed Assets
1 year of relevant work experience
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor or Master degree in Informatics or Electronics/Telecommunications will be an asset
Experience in administrating Microsoft Windows and Active Directory services will be an asset
Good communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
Advanced time and priority management talent
Self-motivation, willingness to learn
Stable employment on the basis of full-time job contract
