Junior Sales Manager - Debt Solutions

Debt Solutions is responsible for the origination of all ranges of debt services including Trustee Services, Paying & Listing Agent, Cash Manager & Account Bank roles primarily to service clients of the BNP Paribas Group and strategic Financial Institution entities in relation to all forms of Bond Issuance, Securitisation & Debt related activity.

Purpose of the position:

The primary focus for the Debt Solutions Junior Sales Manager is to assist and manage key clients of Debt Solutions including BNP Paribas and other UK Financial Institutions and Corporates alongside completing administrative duties including but not limited to KYC reviews and team reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage Debt Solutions requests from BNPP and other UK based Financial Institutions and Corporates
• Market the Debt Solutions offer to BNPP Global Markets DCM & ECM desks and other UK Arranging Banks
• Manage as RM KYC responsibilities for Debt Solutions clients
• Debt Solutions reporting requirements including compiling weekly list of transactions Accepted or Declined according to the Debt Solutions Commercial Strategy
• Update and maintain Client Vision transaction reporting and periodic reporting requirements
• As required by Debt Solutions Heads and Team members, support in the preparation of Debt Solutions pitch books, sales material and required market research.

Skills and Experience required

Essential:

• Experience of and an avid interest in Capital Markets activity;
• Strong client focus and high touch customer service skills;
• The ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining high attention to detail;
• Fluent in English language;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Management;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• The ability to influence and build relationships at all levels;
• Willing team player

Desirable:


• Fluent in French or other European Languages
