Position Purpose

The CIB IT Continuity Officer (ICO) is part of the global CIB IT continuity team. The candidate would report to the global CIB ICO and provide support to CIB CISOs.

Responsibilities

·       Produce IT Continuity dashboard and raises awareness.

·       Ensures compliance with Group and regulatory requirements pertaining to IT continuity.

·       Gather IT continuity needs with Business Continuity Officers (BCOs). 

·       Consolidates and maintains the list of CIB critical IT assets, jointly with BCOs and respective IT asset owners.

·       Deploys and maintains appropriate IT continuity framework for existing IT assets and projects. 

·       Collect, clean and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns and insights.

·       Ensure IT Continuity data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality checks and validation processes.

·       Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.

·       Ensure the roadmap date exercises for critical assets.

·       Collect, validate and store IC Plans and exercises reports.

·       Prepares reporting including results from exercises and controls.

·       Analyze data extraction and reporting processes, ensuing that for each piece of work there is a clear brief covering requirements, deliverables, timeframes, and success metrics where applicable.

·       Standardize routine processes for greater consistency, efficiency, and control to deliver quality.

·       Manage your workloads & deadlines in conjunction with the business’ priorities to ensure all deliverables & SLAs are met. 

·     You will take ownership of your own personal development plan; working with your direct line manager to ensure your development goals are set, monitored and the appropriate training & development put in place.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Essential skills

·    Master’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics or Information Technology and Computer Science or equivalent

·       Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written.

·       Good in Power BI development & reporting.

·       Good in Advance Excel.

·       Good in data analytic skills.

·       Basic knowledge on IT Continuity (Disaster Recovery, IT Resilience) and IT architecture.

·       Good on risk management principles (risk analysis, risk acceptance, exception request, remediation plan, …).

·       Knowledge of the banking sector would be a plus.

Behavioral competencies & Inter Personal Skills

·       Rigorous and autonomous.

·       Strong communication skills, written and spoken.

·       Team player with high ethics.

·       Highly organized and with the ability to multi-task.

·       Results driven mindset with an ability approach and the ability to synthetize.
