The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.


For activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

Investment Compliance (Junior) Analyst with French


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out compliance operations and controls on the funds in order to ensure that fund’s assets comply with legal and investment policy requirements

  • Analysing and documenting all of the reported investment compliance exceptions

  • Identifying and qualifying investment compliance breach including the origin of the incident

  • Performing NAV reviews and audit certifications

  • Analysing contractual and legal requirements and implementing them into the compliance monitoring system

  • Setting up  and maintaining funds master data and investment compliance rules in a dedicated IT tool

  • Contributing to the completion and maintenance of operational procedures in Depobank Compliance scope

  • Participating in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of Depobank operations

  • Supporting integration of the new client’s operational activity

  • Administering the effectiveness of daily operations

  • Cooperating on the delivery operational service levels agreed with clients, internally and externally

  • Taking part in the development of new products and services

  • Complying with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

  • Cooperating with internal and external audit and operational risk management

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • University degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Law)

  • Fluent working knowledge of French and English

  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills

  • Client focused approach

  • Accuracy & attention to details

  • Good stress management

  • Knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market (would be considered as an advantage)

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of financial applications (Bloomberg, etc.) would be considered as an advantage
