  • Ensuring the accounting management of an institutional mandate

    • Ensure that the completeness of the investments is recorded

    • Guarantee the correct application of the announced securities transactions on the portfolio securities as of the effective date

    • Guarantee the reconciliation of positions with different custodians, treat and justify outstanding items with the custodian and the liability manager: cash, securities,

    • Control the prices used for valuation

    • Valuation of positions in accordance with the rules enacted in this area (update of the income statements, provisions - ASD - capitalization reserve - Unit Linked Insurance adjustment)

    • Ensure registration of fixed and variable manual management fees (depending on the customer)

    • Maintain the relationship with the various intermediaries

    • Conform the income receipts of the Balance Sheet with the monthly histories provided by the Custodian

    • Ensure the classification of all accounting documents and their archiving

    • Comply with the Corporate Code of Conduct and internal procedures

    • Check the consistency of the different data contained in the reports

    • Participate in supporting the activity and production projects

    • Implementation of new financial instruments in the operational circuit

    • Integration of new customers and new financial intermediaries

    • Establishment of new fund structures or changes in the functioning of funds in the production process

    • Justifications of the accounting balances of auxiliary accounting with inventories or management reports

  • Guarantee the reliability of customer reporting

    • Ensure the preparation of contractual and regulatory monthly, quarterly and annual reports

    • Ensure the preparation of management reports

    • Ensure the preparation of reports according to French standards

    • Ensure the preparation of tax reports

    • Ensure the preparation of reports according to IFRS standards

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of our services

    • Identify and report anomalies

    • Participate and be a driving force in the realization of projects related to the accounting profession

    • Immediately implement the necessary curative actions in collaboration with his/her team leader

    • Take a critical, constructive look at the procedures and indicators put in place

    • Propose improvement actions internally and participate in their implementation

    • Contribute to the respect of quality commitments


  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Securities and/or Insurance products

  • Experience in the Banking, Insurance and/or Financial industry is a plus

  • Organized

  • Being customer-oriented

  • Diligence and precision

  • Ability to analyze

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
