We are looking to recruit an Inbound Telesales Agent.

You should apply if….

You are looking for a thriving career in Sales with a creative, innovative and fast pace business and have the following:

  • Excellent customer service skills & telephone manner
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in working towards targets & service levels
  • Basic / good level of computer literacy and GCSE passes A-C or equivalent including Maths & English

It would also be great if you have the following:

  • Finance or Insurance industry experience
  • Contact centre experience
  • Sales / sales through service experience whilst working in a regulated environment
  • Outbound sales experience would be an advantage
  • Basic level of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • NVQ in Customer Service and/or Telesales

  • Sell policies for a variety of client companies in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Maximise sales opportunities primarily through inbound channels including cross-selling and up-selling. Some outbound selling maybe required.
  • Ability to confidently objection handle in order to retain customers through knowing your product while quickly building a natural rapport.
  • Answer and handle calls promptly in an enthusiastic, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Manage change effectively by keeping up to date with any changes in regulations, campaigns or products.
