Inbound Telesales Agent

We are seeking an inbound telesales agent to join our team on a permanent full time basis.

This is a soft sales role taking inbound enquiries from potential customers and talking them through our various policies to find one that suits them.

As a sales agent you will deliver a first class customer experience whilst maximising the value of every telephone interaction with all Cardif Pinnacle client customers.  You will sell insurance products & retain customers that are wishing to cancel their existing policies on behalf of the client in a compliant manner.  Promote a positive image of Cardif Pinnacle & its client companies whilst actively growing the clients business.

Required Skills and Work Experience



  • Excellent customer service skills & telephone manner
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in working towards targets & service levels
  • Basic / good level of computer literacy


  • Finance or Insurance industry experience
  • Contact centre experience
  • Sales / sales through service experience whilst working in a regulated environment
  • Outbound sales experience would be an advantage




  • GCSE passes A-C or equivalent including Maths & English


  • Basic level of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • NVQ in Customer Service and/or Telesales

  • Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8.30 - 18.00
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays paid as overtime, 9.00 - 13.00
