Job Description Summary
The Identity Access Management (IAM) Senior Business System
Administrator is responsible for the overall administration of Identity and
Access Management systems, providing functional parameters for technical
direction in the development and support of highly complex business systems,
system applications, specifications and procedures. This Senior Business System
Administrator will work closely with the IAM Technical Operations team and
technology partners in the administration of multiple applications in our IAM
portfolio, including user access management, privileged access management, MFA
and SSO systems.
Essential Job Functions
Manages the administration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems including: reviewing and implementing changes in system parameters and formats; ensuring hardware and software systems compatibility; and coordinating and/or modifying system parameters, improvements and/or upgrades.
the formulation and definition of small project/system scope and objectives and
development of detailed systems specifications from which programs will be
written and that fit with the Bank's system architecture standards.

a key member of the IAM Technical Operations team, directs the evaluation of existing
systems and procedures to identify deficiencies and maintain more effective
data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage. Reviews the
analysis, development and revisions to existing system logic difficulties and
documentation as necessary.
liaison to business partners (internal and/or external) through coding and
implementation to ensure product matches envisioned result.

updated systems documentation (including policies and procedures), SLA
agreements, audit readiness, and an effective disaster recovery process.
