CONTEXT

The IT Security team is conducting an important evolution among all the users and IT applications managers of BNP Paribas Securities Services, aiming to improve the security level of the access management on every IT assets.

In that context, each actor of the team contributes, on a daily basis, to:

  • Propagate the BNP Paribas Securities Services (BP2S) security rules concerning access right management and ensure that these rules are respected
  • Communicate the BNP Paribas Group norms and standards and the good security practices
  • Guide and provide support to IT teams and to the final users

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to data extractions requests made through the official Access Request Tool
  • Implementation of the security policies in the applications
  • New application on boarding requests (requested in the proper tool)
  • Modification of entitlements requests (requested in the proper tool)
  • Sailpoint data maintenance (change requests)
  • Control the execution of the regular reviews of the access rights of the users (recertification)
  • Control the execution of the regular reconciliation of the access rights between the applications and the IAM tool
  • Contribute to internal and external audits
  • Security check on segregation of duty within the application
  • Maintain and improve the controls procedures
  • Accompany and support the users and IT managers during the controls

PROFILE

  • BSc degree (preferably in IT related fields)
  • English proficiency (written/spoken mandatory) 
  • French proficiency (written/spoken mandatory) 
  • Knowledge in IT Security (ISO 27001)
  • Good knowledge of Office tools (Excel)
  • Knowledge of IAM tools and workflows (Sailpoint)
  • Good communicative skills ﴾oral and written﴿ 
  • Sense of responsibilities and risk 
  • Teamwork 
  • Ability to learn and work with teams geographically separated (worldwide)
