·         The Identity Access Management (IAM) team ensures proper IT Security access control for application user accounts and is responsible for the controlled access management of employees to IT resources including application accounts, domain accounts, and account privileges. In addition the team provide people referential setup for regions.

Position Purpose

The IAM - OPERATIONS team provides end user support for user queries related to access management, access recertification, etc. Configures and manages data within Sailpoint through valid approvals. Also, manages peoples referential in REFOG / HR databases.


Direct Responsibilities

·         End User Support - Level1

·         Manage mailbox, hotlines, service requests and incidents within the defined SLA

·         Produces performance reporting (KPI/dashboard)

·         Attending weekly and monthly calls with the stakeholders

·         Manage peoples data and OUs in REFOG / HR tool

·         On-board new resources and manages them in Sailpoint

·         Manage request workflows within Sailpoint

·         Override HR data in Sailpoint

·         Co-ordination on urgent requests from end users

·         Manage special queues in Sailpoint

·         Liaise with support team to review application for maintenance and enhancements.

·         Support for Audit requirements / queries


Essential Responsibilities

  • Awareness of User Access Management principles
  • Strong understanding of controls in an Identity and Access Management- OPERATIONS environment
  • Familiarity with the reporting tools such as Business Objects / Power BI for creating reports
  • Competent in Excel to build / develop spreadsheets and analyse data
  • Familiarity in service-now ticketing tool

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Must have skills:

a)       3 to 5 years of hands on experience on IAM Operations/L1 support (preferably SailPoint

b)       Service delivery focused (Must be able to handle customers in a confident, positive and responsive manner)

c)       Technical proficiency in Basic Unix/Linux, Windows NT/2000/XP operating Systems, Mainframe; Internet web services; Sybase, Oracle and other relational Database Systems; Active directory

d)       Scripting skills preferred

e)       Good understanding of user life cycle management

f)        Good verbal and written communication skills

g)       Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail

h)       Ownership of tasks / issues

i)         Good reporting and monitoring skills

j)         Client focused with can do attitude

k)       Good interpersonal skills

l)         Must demonstrate ethical responsibility, maturity, and discretion
