We are looking for

Human Resources Coordinator (9 month fixed term contract)

The HR Coordinator will assist the Human Resources team to coordinate and administer a variety of HR programmes and covering multiple HR activities across the employee lifecycle. Administrative HR duties including maintenance and filing of personnel records, processing and preparation of personnel documents.

The role requires interaction with all employees internally, and external liaison with agencies and service providers.

Direct Responsibilities

Employee lifecycle administration
  • Onboarding of new joiners (contracts, reference checking, HR system set up, including interns and agency contractors)
  • Contract variations, extensions (e.g. promotions, transfers etc.)
  • Employee leave administration and reporting (e.g. annual leave, maternity leave)
  • Support with Learning & Development administration
  • Offboarding (e.g. leavers, systems administration and notification etc.)

General administration

  • Prepare materials for employees and managers
  • Update records and maintain proper filing systems (e.g. Chris21 payroll, MyDevelopment training records etc.)
  • HR Intranet content management
  • HR Group incoming mail/ email mailbox, and first point of contact for adhoc queries

Assist with HR Controls and compliance

Assist with payroll, benefits and compensation administration

Contributing Responsibilities

Act as a back up to wider HR team to support on HR administration, e.g. during periods of absence

Contribute to the Permanent Control framework

Experience and Qualifications

  • Human Resources studies essential
  • 1 - 2 years of experience within the Human Resources environment desirable
