The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and ad hoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients



ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


·         Headcount monitoring & reporting


o   Manage the CIB Headcount consolidation & reconciliation


o   Responsible for the data quality


o   Set up of a strong control framework


o   CIB Headcount Norms management


o   Define the CIB structure within FiRef


o   Main contact for Group HR and CIB Finance for headcount topics


o   Production of dashboards & ad-hoc reporting


o   Provide support to the Datahub, EdgaHR and Global Reporting CIB end users


o   Develop new HR Dashboards


·         Administration of SPEAR


o   Manage the headcount information & data quality within SPEAR


o   Back up for the users accesses administration


o   Define the referential (CIB structure, countries & legal entities)


o   Provide support to SPEAR users


·         Projects


o   Represent CIB in meetings regarding EdgaHR topics


o   Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients


o   Setup and follow up of the project from the specifications up to the go live



PROFILE


·         University Degree


·         Minimum 1-3 years professional experience in:


o   Reporting/Consolidation experience in a Finance environment


o   Management of large databases


o   Management of multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery


o   Systems Administration & Support


·         Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint etc.) package advanced level


·         Skilled relationship builder - ability to work with different stakeholders


·         Strong Team Spirit


·         Innovation and creativity


·         Results and delivery focus, mainly during change, with customer satisfaction in mind


·         Ability to manage priorities


·         Sense of confidentiality


·         Fluent in English (oral and written), French knowledge is a plus
