The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines:
International Operations Centre (IOC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe.
Custody & clearing services offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland and other markets.

HR (Junior) Reporting Specialist

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly HR standard and regulatory reporting and report packages
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses
  • Upload data to Bnp Paribas HR Reporting systems
  • Support and work together with the global HR Reporting Team 
  • Run regular audits over HR data and reports issues to be corrected
  • Participate in various HR Projects and delivers the source data for the analysis 

Your Skills & Strengths:

  • Educational background in Finance, economics, Mathematics, IT or HR 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel
  • Good team player who enjoys working in an international environment
  • Self-driven, service- and result oriented personality. 
  • Good analytical skill
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken) - at least B2 level
  • Experience in working with VBA or TETA HR or Tableau Desktop would be an asset
