The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and ad hoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Regulatory reporting - Report on mandatory e-learnings for CIB for the current stakeholders:

o   Manage the reports scheduled bi-monthly to the involved stakeholders

o   Produce ad hoc reports upon request

o   Liaise with Compliance CIB and Learning & Development for all related queries

o   Provide accurate support to internal clients

o   Improve/automate the reporting process

·         Administrate the CIB appraisals & 180° campaigns (About Me):

o   Manage the full set-up of the 2019 appraisal campaign in About Me, acting as project office in the definition of the content and technical setup

o   Administrate the platform

o   Responsible for the setup of communications (incl. mass mailing), documentation & training materials

o   Responsible of the official reporting within a strong control framework

o   Act as the main contact for Group HR representing CIB for About Me

o   Produce dashboards & ad hoc reporting

o   Provide direct support to the different stakeholders: local HR, managers & employees

·         Manage the Job and Activities Directory’s (JAD) data quality and support with Local HR:

o   Act as the CIB JAD Administrator doing the support to locals and global HRs

o   Provide support to Local HR to improve the data quality in the data used

o   Be part of the JAD CIB position tree review

·         Projects:

o   Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients

o   Take over the management of micro processes

o   Setup and follow up of the projects from the specifications up to the go live

PROFILE

·         University Degree

·         Minimum 1-3 years professional experience in:

o   Systems Administration & Support

o   Reporting/Consolidation or process management experience

o   Management of large databases

o   Management of multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery

·         Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc.) package advanced level

·         Skilled relationship builder - ability to work with different stakeholders

·         Strong Team Spirit

·         Innovation and creativity

·         Results and delivery focus, especially during change, with customer satisfaction in mind

·         Ability to manage priorities

·         Sense of confidentiality

·         Fluent in English (oral and written)

·         Intermediate in French (oral and written)
