- Responsible for execution of end-to-end talent acquisition process including job posting, interview arrangement, compensation package offering, pre-employment checking and data collection, application of work permit/ visa and conduct related reports.
- Responsible for on-boarding process, orientation and monitor probationary for new hires.
- Responsible for internal movement and off-boarding process for leaving employees.
- Provide general support to head of HR for regular HR process and project such as team building event, town hall, CSR activities, L&D training, EAP program, D&I activities and other tasks beyond request.
- Administer HR systems and provide support to all employee on system issues, and inquiries.
- Handling operational issues such as expenses claiming, document filing, mail delivery and ad-hoc activities.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting is completed as required by relevant Authorities.
- Work together with HR team and business sides on ensuring a positive employee-friendly environment through periodically event and daily care with employees.
- Contribute to regular or ad-hoc projects as a team member, coordinator, and may take ownership of certain element of the projects.
