Compensation, Company Benefits and Payroll Manager
MISSION AND OBJECTIVES
Reporting to the Compensation, Company Benefits and Payroll Manager, the individual will assist the HR team in various administrative tasks relating to payroll, company benefits, recruitment and general human resources management.
Inputting data to create and update employee records in HR systems.
Following up on missing paperwork for new employees
Answering employee questions.
Extracting various reports and validating them.
Carrying out specific checks to ensure that records are processed in accordance with guidelines.
Producing various letters for employees, such as job confirmations.
Approving receipts for specific reimbursement requests for certain HR programs.
Supporting payroll production and verification.
Assisting HR business partners in managing promotion and performance review processes.
Performing any other role-related tasks, such as formatting, filing, archiving and scanning jobs.
TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE
A DCS in management techniques or any other related equivalent qualification.
A minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft is an asset.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
ESSENTIAL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual : English and French
