IT Support Manager - London

The role

Manage, motivate and develop the team of 6 support analysts to ensure the highest level of end user IT support is received by BNP Paribas Real Estate employees. Work with the individual business lines to understand the specific pressures (quarterly cycles, monthly deadlines etc.) and ensure that the team is adaptable and can react when necessary.


Take responsibility for the delivery of all IT support project work, from the hardware refresh programme to the testing and delivery of new applications, ensuring all projects are delivered within agreed timescales and moved into a BAU support operation.


Take the lead in pushing the BNP Paribas Real Estate end user computing environment to the next level, suggesting new initiatives to deliver innovative solutions to our employees.


Monitor the outsourced 1st line support service, ensuring the highest level of service is provided through monitoring of SLA’s and KPI’s

Essential experience             

  • Minimum 3 years working in an IT Support Manager role
  • A proven track record in team management and people development
  • In depth understanding of Microsoft Office suite (incl. O365) and Windows 7/10 OS
  • Is trained and has implemented ITIL framework

Travel Requirements

  • The role will be predominantly based in our head office at 5 Aldermanbury Square, which is a 6 minute walk from Moorgate tube station.
  • We also have another key London office in Hill Street, Mayfair – as well as main offices in Birmingham, Chelmsford and other smaller operations located all over the country. This role will be required to occasionally travel to these offices as and when required.
