Position Purpose

Head of HRGA aims to create high-performance culture that helps company grow including designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HRGA function and crafting people strategies that enables to meet the business goals.

Ultimately, Head of HRGA will secure the long-term growth of organization by designing and leading  , talent acquisition plan, learning and development strategy, career development and talent management programs with in-depth expertise on people psychology and behavior. Work closely with CEO and peers to build the environment where leaders grow.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

l  Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs

l  Formulate career development plans

l  Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer

l  Ensure our hiring, on boarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups

l  Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)

l  Supervise HR and General Administration leads

l  Evaluate and plan training and development programs

l  Develop HRGA policies for all employees

l  Analyse the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools

l  Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives

Contributing Responsibilities

l  Build pipelines from internal and external talent for C-suite candidates

l  Transform our organization into a modern, productive and inclusive workspace

Business Knowledge

l  Proven knowledge as Head of Human Resources or similar managerial role

l  In-depth knowledge of all HR functions

l  Good understanding of labor legislation

Technical Experience / Competencies

l  Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)

l  Excellent leadership abilities

l  Communication and problem-solving skills

l  A strong strategic and business mindset

l  Excellent organizational and leadership skills

l  Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

l  Ability to strategize and solve problems

Specific Qualifications (if required)

l  Business level of Japanese reading/speaking capability is mandatory.
