Challenges that let you grow:

  • Managing, developing and promoting actively the Wealth Management Credit Activities in Germany
  • In close cooperation with Relationship Manager directly involve in client dialogue on all credit matters taking active part in deal sourcing and structuring of credit situations for WM clients and prospects
  • Managing a Credit Team in charge of the full credit value chain from deal sourcing, structuring, analyzing, credit process as well as deal execution including documentation, loan administration and monitoring
  • Ensuring the first level of control of the credit activity in Germany and promoting and defending credit cases in a balanced way in credit committees acting as mediator between various stakeholders in the credit process
  • Reporting hierarchically to the Wealth Management Germany CEO and functionally to the Head of Credit Department, WM Head Office

Skills that convince:

  • Master in Economics, Management / Business Schools, Finance, Law or similar degree
  • Several years of profound working experience in the Credit activity of a German bank or financial institution with a strong Wealth Management and/or corporate banking orientation
  • Versatile profile in terms of asset class knowledge as the targeted clients are entrepreneurs as well as private persons and our offering is large
  • In depth knowledge of real estate financing and corporate credit activities in Germany. Extended knowledge of credit and financing solutions and structuring
  • Knowledge of German legal, tax, regulatory environment for private and corporate clients and its consequences for the credit offer, products, services and loan documentation
  • Native speaker competence in German and fluency in English both orally and in written form is a prerequisite, Fluency in French is a clear advantage
