Graduate Land Agent/Rural Surveyor required to join expanding
multi-disciplinary rural property advisory team.

will be based in the Banchory Office but may require some work in other Strutt
& Parker/BNP Paribas Real Estate Offices as required.
Main Purpose & Objectives of the Position
candidate will assist the existing land and farm management team with a wide
range of rural property management and consultancy work including residential
management and lettings, in-hand and let agricultural holdings, sporting and
fishing interests, rural commercial properties, valuation and professional
candidate will require strong communication skills, an affinity and strong
motivation to develop technical expertise in the local rural property sector
and be passionate about delivering an exceptional level of service to clients
and colleagues at all times.
Professional Skills & Qualifications
relevant degree providing direct entry to the RICS APC programme and/or
relevant experience of rural property management and advisory work;
IT skills including use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet;
written and verbal communicator;
motivation to develop individual and team profile and reputation in the
marketplace for providing the highest quality of advice.
to an initial probationary period, the position is expected to be at Graduate
Land Agent/Surveyor level with scope to progress:
(commensurate with experience);
related bonus scheme (based on individual, team and regional performance);
including Health & Life Assurance and Pension contribution.
