Position Purpose

As part of the Global Markets Transversal Business Management team, the candidate will support the development of the business franchise, provide data and market intelligence to the management, manage priorities with the support functions and support our compliance with internal and external rules to maximize the performance of the entire Global Markets platform, while minimizing risk.


Direct Responsibilities
Transversal Sales support, with a focus on Client Development
Coordination on KYC requirements and remediation
Interface between the business and function (ITO, Legal, Compliance, RISK, Finance, Audit…)
Budgeting and cost reviews, with a focus on CC monitoring
Supporting business development projects

Contributing Responsibilities
Regulatory implementation
Internal control and cascading regional/global best practices
Ensure to the smooth processing of daily business and contribute to incident resolution
Business strategy and planning

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Broad knowledge of Global Markets business lines, both from a products standpoint and from a client segments standpoint; front office experience (Sales, Structuring, FIC, etc.) is a plus
Strong analytical skills and data mining capacity, and the ability to translate data points into actionable suggestions for the business
Ability to work with multiple stake-holders and represent the business’ interest in front of the support functions; good communication skills in both English and Japanese, in front of senior management and to obtain supported teams’ engagement
Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset

Specific Qualifications 
JSDA Securities Sales Representative qualification recommended
