Global Relationship Manager (gn)


This is an opportunity to join the Strategic Clients Coverage team. Our team‘s primary purpose is to develop long-term relationships with our clients (mainly DAX-30 and MDAX companies) and serve their needs with a wide range of products. In order to successfully achieve this, we are looking for a Global Relationship Manager (GRM) for our Strategic Clients team.


Your responsibilities:

  • The GRM is in charge of the corporate banking relationship in coordination with the respective Managing Directors (MD)

  • Origination and execution of corporate banking flow products (Loan Book, Global Trade Services, Supply Chain Management, Cash Management and Deposits, Fixed Income and Derivatives)

  • Support of the marketing of non CIB products (Investment Partners, Leasing, Factor, Arval, Security Services, Cardif)

  • Promotion of the international network of the bank and coordination of activities of the Relationship Managers globally

  • Monitoring of the development of the credit risk profile of clients jointly with the MD and Credit Analyst (including the timely execution of annual credit reviews, allocation and monitoring of Credit Envelopes)

  • Responsibility for the KYC processes with the support of the Associate

  • Active development and maintaining of close and trustful client relationships at the level of the group treasurer and with the whole treasury team as well as with other people relevant for the set of product and solutions


Your profile:

  • You have an University degree in Finance, Economics, Finance or a related subject

  • You have a proven track-record in identifying, developing and closing corporate flow banking business

  • Your working attitude is characterized by entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, sales and client orientation

  • You are able to deal with sophisticated treasurers from a personality point of view as well as with regard to product and technical topics

  • Capabilities in loan structuring, cash management, GTS/SCM, hedging, liquidity and asset management

  • You know how to deal with the banks international network and marketing it to clients

  • You have an excellent understanding and sense of credit and counterparty risk as well as other credit process related topics

  • You convince with strong communication skills and as an excellent team-player

  • You set a high value on high level of responsiveness and constant high quality of service internally and towards clients

  • Your English and German skills are fluent both in written and spoken
