Within the CIB ITO Client Management Due Diligence of BNP Paribas CIB, Global Production and Quality Monitoring Officer’s objective is to perform the global quality monitoring activity related to the KYC (Know Your Client) Update and RM (Relationship Manager) Management Allocation in line with the different CIB KYC Procedure.
The team based in Lisbon must work closely with the Due Diligence teams across the world and with the Coverage / Business representatives in order to update accurately KYC Tools and to check and correct any issues about the SBO allocation process.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KYC updates on GCARS platform
Manage the generic mailbox and participate to the daily whiteboards and team meeting
Provide regular visibility on the performed activity
Escalate issues timely with a proposal of solution
- Bachelor Degree
- Awareness of CIB products
- Familiar with the Due Diligence Functions and the Anti-Money laundering principles or the 3rd/4th European Money Laundering Directive
- Analytical skills
- IT literate and expert with Microsoft office (Excel pivot tables, charting and formulas)
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Team player
- Rigorous and risk aware
- Time and priority management
- Polyvalent, flexible and able to adapt
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written form in English; French is a plus
