About the job

  • The Human Resources (HR) Global Markets (GM) Project Management team is positioned under the Head of HR GM and is responsible for delivering, supporting and coordinating a diverse and extensive range of transversal HR projects, processes and initiatives globally. These initiatives may be mainly triggered by the GM HR team, the business, CIB HR centrally or the Group
  • The GM HR Project Manager on Business growth is centrally positioned within GM HR to support HR streams of the projects related to mergers and acquisitions, notably regarding Exane
  • Following Exane becoming a subsidiary of BNP Paribas Group, the HR Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the HR stream which covers notably follow-up of the project implementation, representation of HR in committees, coordination of the different stakeholders worldwide. The Project Manager will lead similar tasks to any other projects related to business growth
  • The GM HR Project Manager scope is global both in terms of geography and in terms of teams in scope of the project

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure coordination between HR teams in all territories

    • Participate in designing a governance structure and ensure the stakeholders are aware of their roles

    • Animate regular forums and discussions for informing and gathering feedback

    • Act as the liaison between stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and involvement or decision-making at the proper time

    • Plan and manage effective communication to all key stakeholders at all levels including within HR or business, globally

    • Consolidate inputs, control consistency and accuracy, contact relevant stakeholders for correction or clarification if needed

  • Support the GM HR and Exane HR in transversal topics associated with Exane

  • Be a Single Point of Contact for sub-streams of the project

  • Represent HR, when applicable, in Exane meetings and associated discussions

    • Provide regular updates on the projects and proactively manage risks and issues

    • Provide management with finalized, complete, consistent and impactful information/supports

    • Ensure the quality of the audit trail of inputs provided

  • The GM HR Project Manager will lead similar tasks to any other projects related to business growth

About the Team

  • The GMr HR Team is responsible for supporting and coordinating a range of transversal HR processes and initiatives, either implementing the roll-out of Group and CIB HR initiatives within the client group GM or processes or initiatives led by the client group
  • This team, split between Paris and London and coordinating the HR representatives for GM in the main regional Hubs (Asia, Americas, Continental Europe), works closely with GM business and relevant stakeholders such as the HR Centres of Expertise and other functions (including but not limited to Central CIB Rewards and Reporting team, GM Reward, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, GM Business Management) in order to support the full range of HR activities
