Your mission should you accept it ?
You will own a portfolio of international Key Accounts and prospects. These are well-known large corporates working, utilities, international installers, and large local players in the Office Equipment & Specialized Technology (OST) sector.
Under the supervision of Global Head of OST Market, you will drive the market development and contribute to set up the market strategy as well as the elaboration of the budget, profitability and business plan in cooperation with local Market Managers and Business Unit Managers.
You will handle and coordinate the partnerships with Key Accounts, at corporate level with responsibility for the overall performance (new business, margin, efficiency, risk, compliance...).
Exploring the eco systems of the various markets, you will qualify the key prospects in close cooperation with BNPP divisions as CIB and Personal Finance, in the various channels (OEMs, Resellers, Services Providers ...) and define the appropriate financing solutions offering.
You will be responsible for co-drafting and maintaining up to date the specialized corporate risk policies for these markets (credit risk, operational risk, asset risk, business model …).
You’ll identify the senior stakeholders of Key Accounts / Prospects and build a close relationship, negotiate and implement new vendor financing programs with partners having the potential to become Key Accounts.
With each partner, you will define business strategies, build the value propositions, including marketing plans with the ambition to optimize Leasing Solutions’ profitability.
You will take responsibility for a proper roll out plan of new partners in the various LS countries.
Your main contacts? Internal and external senior managers from different backgrounds and geographies, management of the IBL TLS, Head of Market in countries Local Key Account Managers (KAM) and Corporate Functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance…).
This role requires the willingness to travel regularly at international level, usually to European cities on one-day duration.

You will join BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions which is the BNP Paribas Group brand specializing in rental solutions for professionals and companies, and European leader in the leasing of professional equipment (ranking Leaseurope).
You report directly to the Global Head of OST Markets.
Your HQ ? Nanterre, 12 rue du Port, with a possibility of remote working.

Are you our next Global Business Development Manager ?
You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Business Development and knowledge of leasing business and asset activities, in Equipment finance and leasing industry, with experience in vendor financing and technology markets, preferably in an international context.
An experience in Office Equipment market is a plus.
You already have successfully rolled out projects involving multiple stakeholders and subsequently managing those projects to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Besides, you have a proven and broad experience of cross-discipline management and project management in an international environment.
Results driven, with proven record of leading successful Sales / Business Development, you have the ability to build strong relationships at business decision maker level.
You are able to work autonomously and you are an excellent team player. You win by influencing.
You have proven commercial experience in complex and international environments related to corporate finance, you wish to evolve in a human-sized and rapidly developing entity, at the heart of the real economy.
You can quickly understand problems, articulate them and come up with pragmatic solutions. Your real sense of communication allows you to show impact in order to convince your interlocutors and inspire and generate commitment.
Fluency in both French and English is required.
