Main Job Purpose
To work as part of the Fund Valuations team preparing client fund valuations and being responsible for timely processing of Fund Administration functions in accordance with scheme particulars, internal procedures, legal, regulatory and compliance requirements, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times in accordance with service level agreements.
Prepare client valuations and distributions accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Review valuations and other workings from outsourced parties (internal or external) in accordance with outsourcing principles.
Ensure the accurate, efficient and timely processing of all fund administration functions.
Ensure bookkeeping is up to date in Fund Accounting system.
Ensure that bookkeeping is recorded in line with accounting standards and structure of the different entities / funds.
Assist with audit queries as required by the Fund Accounting team.
Assist with the payments process and invoicing logs.
Assist with the release of Stock Exchange Announcements and other notifications.
Work as part of a team assisting and covering for periods of holidays and absence.
Ensure that a high level of accurate and efficient customer service is maintained and agreed service levels are met.
Assist with other tasks as delegated by your line manager and other Managers of the team.
Sound analytical skills.
Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping.
Good working knowledge of Office tools (Excel and Word)
Good PC Skills
Understanding of Funds Business
