The position is within FRESH - COO in Oxygen Madrid, under the supervision of FRESH – COO Oxygen manager, with functional link with FRESH COO – Transversal Services/Quality & Method Excellence, Governance, Intragroup Service Agreements & Knowledge Management heads in Paris.


The main missions of the Quality & Method Excellence, Governance & Knowledge Management function are:

  • To provide with a FRESH methodological framework that allows controlling and improving the quality of the delivery of all FRESH groups both for central and international perimeter.
  • To sponsor, ensure and monitor de deployment of BNP Paribas IT Governance (V6) worldwide, which is a common IT Governance framework applicable to all IT entities within IT Group
  • To manage Service Level Agreements (OLA/CA/SLA) within ITG FRESH in a way that customer requirements are reflected and contracts are coordinated and harmonized
  • To manage FRESH knowledge documentation

Detailed responsibilities

  • Establish with FRESH ambassadors a close collaboration partnership in order to implement good practices related to the methodology and quality framework of projects and applications life cycles (agile and cycle V)
  • Support and coach the ambassadors/operational teams for the execution of the "Quality Assurance Reviews” to produce the indicators; follow up with them the action plan by weekly meetings with management and ambassadors.
  • Extending the community internationally, particularly towards the different regions, motivating them and share about their respective project management practices.
  • Establish with FRESH ambassadors communication channels to Identify and implement relevant indicators to monitor the quality of the activity and the delivery of each group
  • Contribute to the implementation of a Quality Community to communicate, share, train and promote continuous improvement around methods and quality.
  • Guarantee the quality and the completeness & Methods framework (including permanent documentation) by contributing to create and adapt more efficient guides, templates or tools in line with the ITG Governance V6.
  • Ensure a quarterly quality assessment reporting to FRESH management to present the progression of quality and methods activities and the FRESH indicators and propose adaptations.
  • Sponsor the execution of quality reviews (process maturity evaluations) by the ambassadors, and support the implementation of the resulting improvement plans and promote the execution by the project/application managers.
  • Contribute to the simplification and optimization of the traditional methodology of projects and applications, for instance, with the deployment of Agile methods.
  • Contribute with OPC team to the annual OPC Controls execution on projects and applications and contribute to the RCSA
  • Contribute and take in charge the execution of the IG Reco/ Risk ORC,….Audits.
  • Understand the main pillars of the IT Governance framework and contribute to the adaptation of procedures and processes to implement them within FRESH for central and international perimeter.
  • Animation and coordination of Trainings aimed at the appropriation of knowledge and good practices within the FRESH entities update them and implement new trainings according to the needs of the organization in particular in test management.

Professional Experience

  •  Minimum 10-15 years’ global experience in IT entities

Training and occupational experience

  • Business school or University Graduate
  • Experience in Banking activities
  • Management of IT projects/programmes and IT assets (minimum 7 years)
  • Quality Assurance process, maturity assessment on project/application processes, audit, identification of areas for improvement
  • Driving change in an organisation, activating the continuous improvement loop
  • Cycle V and Agile Methodologies (Processes and Procedures),
  • Tools Clarity, Access, Jira
  • Operational English language (written and spoken)
  • Monitoring of Steering committees,
  • Running training courses
  • Ability to write guides and procedures (in English and French)
